ℹ️ Pass assignment reminder ℹ️

The “Pass assignment” function allows you to designate the person who will use the Pass to take part at Fauntastic 5.

– If you are in possession of a single Pass and wish to keep it to attend Fauntastic 5
==> Assign the Pass to yourself by clicking on the “Assign to Me” button.

– If you are in possession of two Passes and wish to use them for yourself and one other person
==> Assign yourself just ONE Pass by clicking on the “Assign to Me” button.

⚠️ Do not assign more than one Pass to yourself ⚠️

==> Assign the second Pass to the person you wish by entering their registration number or e-mail address in the appropriate field and clicking on the “Assign” button.

⚠️ The Pass assignment function does not allow you to designate your roommate ⚠️

ℹ️ Reminders about grouping roommates ℹ️

The “Group” function allows 2 people to indicate that they wish to share the same room by creating Groups of 2 people.

Buying two Passes simultaneously does not mean sharing the same room as the person to whom you assign the 2nd Pass.
==> To be in the same room, you need to form a Group
