For participants with a residential pass (including hotel nights), please read this message carefully.

 

The room group system closes on March 11, in two weeks!

 

Transfers, resales, and room exchanges will no longer be possible after this date.

 

If you haven’t created a group, a roommate will be assigned to you automatically.

 

You will be notified by email so you can get in touch and/or request a modification if needed.

 

If you purchased two passes directly, you still need to create a room group.

 

Without this, you will be randomly placed in different rooms!
