For participants with a residential pass (including hotel nights), please read this message carefully.

 

The room group system closes on March 11, in two weeks!

 

⚠️ Transfers, resales, and room exchanges will no longer be possible after this date.

 

If you haven’t created a group, a roommate will be assigned to you automatically.

 

You will be notified by email so you can get in touch and/or request a modification if needed.

 

⚠️ If you purchased two passes directly, you still need to create a room group.

 

Without this, you will be randomly placed in different rooms!
